That's it isn't it, they have a mysterious right called a military backup as soon as THEY strap on a badge and gun...... I seen one cop say on TV, the Hells Angels, are dangerous, because "as soon as they put on that HA Patch, it's like having an army behind them" unquote.... So I'm sitting there wondering why the Cop has a big Badge and Gun on himself while saying all this.....does he think he's any better than any other gang....what do cops cost again at a up to 30% performance and 10 billion dollars a year bankruptcy loss.....so they can have better toys than us.... Even the other gangs don't do that much damage..... Oh and don't forget the damages us legal/registered gun owners cause.....the taxpayer has been swayed to believe that we started these gun laws and they are paying for US....I'd like to see where?????? ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 13 Dec 2008 18:16:48 -0600 From: "gwsadair" Subject: Re:Toy guns in his sights Rob: A very well written letter. I too remember learning the three rules of firearms safety from my father. During our many hunting trips before I left home, he instilled a sense of respect and enjoyment for all the shooting sports, more so as I got better in each one. Even though my daughter has no interest in taking part in any shooting sports I taught her the same respect. All children and adults should learn this. While it might not eliminate the few wacko's out there, it might reduce some of the stupidity by those that know no better. George W. S. Adair No one ever said our freedoms would come cheap. Some we must be prepared to fight for, some we must be prepared to die for. Take freedom for granted once and it will be gone forever. 1776 ------------------------------ End of Cdn-Firearms Digest V12 #790 *********************************** Submissions: mailto:cdn-firearms-digest@scorpion.bogend.ca Mailing List Commands: mailto:majordomo@scorpion.bogend.ca Moderator's e-mail address: mailto:drg.jordan@sasktel.net List owner: mailto:owner-cdn-firearms@scorpion.bogend.ca FAQ list: http://www.canfirearms/Skeeter/Faq/cfd-faq1.html Web Site: http://www.canfirearms.ca CFDigest Archives: http://www.canfirearms.ca/archives To unsubscribe from _all_ the lists, put the next four lines in a message and mailto:majordomo@scorpion.bogend.ca unsubscribe cdn-firearms-digest unsubscribe cdn-firearms-chat unsubscribe cdn-firearms end (To subscribe, use "subscribe" instead of "unsubscribe".)
