Ive had aVW bug 1959 then two Accords and now a 2002 Camry all of which were bought used except the "bug". The CEO`s are going to have to forgo their criminal bonuses. Bonuses are normally only paid when companies MAKE money , not when they lose money.. The whole greedy mindset of Americans has to be revised or it will all be for nothing. Its not because I WANT things to change, but the facts are; they must change with circumstances.; its adapt or die , or in this case be unemployed, and lose everything you have . ed/on ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 20 Dec 2008 10:36:35 -0800 (PST) From: Bruce Mills Subject: Toronto Sun - Letter - GUN AMNESTY USELESS http://www.torontosun.com/comment/letters/2008/12/20/7812216-sun.html GUN AMNESTY USELESS Re "Handgun amnesty a huge success, chief says" (Dec. 18): Congratulations. They've succeeded in removing the threat of all those firearms that have been legally owned and safely stored for decades. The Luger that has been in the family since the end of World War I is now safely out of the reach of criminals. When will we learn that this nonsense is just smoke and mirrors and will do nothing to reduce gun crimes in this country? Mario Valentine (Since even safely stored guns in a home can be stolen, what's the harm of taking them out of circulation if the owner does it voluntarily?) ------------------------------ End of Cdn-Firearms Digest V12 #878 *********************************** Submissions: mailto:cdn-firearms-digest@scorpion.bogend.ca Mailing List Commands: mailto:majordomo@scorpion.bogend.ca Moderator's e-mail address: mailto:drg.jordan@sasktel.net List owner: mailto:owner-cdn-firearms@scorpion.bogend.ca FAQ list: http://www.canfirearms/Skeeter/Faq/cfd-faq1.html Web Site: http://www.canfirearms.ca CFDigest Archives: http://www.canfirearms.ca/archives To unsubscribe from _all_ the lists, put the next four lines in a message and mailto:majordomo@scorpion.bogend.ca unsubscribe cdn-firearms-digest unsubscribe cdn-firearms-chat unsubscribe cdn-firearms end (To subscribe, use "subscribe" instead of "unsubscribe".)
